James Dalelis founded Roslin on a simple idea: the families trusting you to build their home deserve to talk to the person actually building it. Fifteen years and hundreds of projects later, that idea hasn't changed.
James grew up around construction in Norwood and has spent his career building, renovating, and expanding homes across Massachusetts. He's seen what happens when builders cut corners, when communication breaks down, when the wrong person is in charge. Roslin exists so that doesn't happen.
